| Eric Britnell reports | When walking in Rose Avenue on Good Friday 22nd April I heard a Cuckoo
calling from above my head. On looking up I saw three Cuckoos , with their
typically long tails, flying north, loosely together, fairly high. This
was the first Cuckoo I have seen for some years.
Otherwise, no other sightings. Lots of non-sightings No Greenfinches in the garden, and rarely see or hear any Song Thrushes. |
